Tax and VAT

All our prices have excluded any VAT and tax. Our website is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delivery and Shipping Process

We will try our best to ship your order in 3 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Package normally be shipped on the same day before 4 PM if all items are in stock. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and get the tracking details in the mail.
Our warehouses are located in the US (US West and US East warehouses) and Asia (Shenzhen and Hong Kong), warehouse staff will automatically allocate warehouse shipments according to your address.
